Cancellation fee:
Please understand that we must charge the corresponding amount of a 3 days stay in case of cancellations 40 to 14 days before foreseen arrival. Later cancellations will be charged 50% of the full arrangement.

Cancellation insurance:
A cancellation insurance can be obtained at the cost of €30.00 per room. Please notify the request on the occasion of your written booking.
An advance payment of a 3 days fee will suffice to confirm your booking. The additional fee for a stay of maximum one day amounts to €3.00 per day and person. In case of early departure a maximum of 3 full days will be calculated.
On the day of departure the room or apartment should be cleared by 10:00 am.
